I bought a set of 4 of these tires at the big o store at 2420 w. Northern phoenix az, on 12/2022. Within the first year I began to feel a wobble on the front. Then one day I woke up to the left drivers side tire flat, so I took it to big o and they replaced the tire because a big screw went through the tread to where they had to replace it, plus it had a bubble on the tread. Then they rotated the tires. So the new tire was on the left rear and the old cxv was on the front. So months later, I started feeling the front start to wobble again. I looked at the left front (cxv) tire and found that it had a big bubble on the better part of a quarter of the tread portion of the tire. I took it back to big o tire and they replaced it again. They said it was due to the heat. But they marked the right front tire with yellow crayon where the bubble on this tire was. But said nothing about it. Then a week or two ago I started feeling the wobble again so I saw that the right front tire had a bubble on the tread again. This was the same tire that big o had marked and let me drive away with. So 3 tires of the cxv performer have had the bubbles on the better part of 30-50% of the tread. I have not got this tire fixed yet. I was going to go back to michelin's or yokohama. The tire is very bad. I called the big o tire and they said it was because I have not rotated the tires as often as I should have. They said it was going to cost me the same price for the new one. I told them I wanted this tire back as I was going to send it to NHTSA. Then the guy said, "oops your still under warranty, we can replace it for the price of the warranty certificates. We havent had any problems with those tires. " I wonder if this is true? my niece bought tires from big o same make and had the same problem with her tires. Please investigate this before someone dies or gets hurt from these tires falling apart at high speeds. I am out the money for new tires.

275/60/20 tire size. Driving home the other night started noticing my truck felt wobbly. Thought it was just the road until the truck started violently shaking at around 60mph. Violently shaking. Pulled off immediately and looked at the front, sides, rear end, etc. Checked the tires, rear passenger side was stolen in 1 spot, and around that spot in a very isolated area the tire was completely bald and had a large lump in it. Other 3 tires seem ok right now. Contacted manufacturer who directed me to fill out a form on their website to "try for a replacement. ". Can't find receipts from purchase so that's no good. Took to local mechanic/tire shop who stated that the "tread separated from the tire. ". Separation is approximately 1 foot long and 2/3 of the tire width. Bald spot runs along this lump/separation.

All four of the tires on my vehicle are cooper adventurer tires that I purchased at pep boys. I have two tires that are dot utuj1hl1519 and two tires that are dot utuj1hl0419. I received a notice that these tires were recalled under NHTSA recall notice 21t-002 and cooper tire recall notice 178. We have brought the vehicle to the pep boys located at 7465 n mesa street, el paso, TX 79912 on at least 5 separate occasions. Rather than verify the tires and order the replacement tires, the desk clerk and then the service manager have given us the run around. The tires have now been recalled since March 2021 and we started to go into this store in may 2021 to get the issue resolved. The desk clerk has told us that the service manager, robert lozoya, turns away everyone who comes to the store with a tire recall notice. We provided them with a copy of the recall notice repeatedly and had the vehicle there to verify the dot number. Mr. Lozoya is running this business in a manner that fails to comply with federal law and puts customers at danger for failing to order replacement tires, failing to comply with the federally-mandated recall, and intentionally delay the replacement process on unsafe tires that the NHTSA has determined "may lead to a crash".

Vehicle has 8000 miles on it. Tires were put on by Ford dealership. They are the goodyear wrangler territory at tires. They are considered a new tire that was created by goodyear this year. The tires have not been taken off road. Tires have only been driven on pavement to and from carpool. The front passenger tire was taken in to discount tire to have the tire assessed of why it was losing air pressure constantly. The side wall that faces out, has a split on the sidewall. It does not appear to be a puncture. It is very small and could barely be seen. It looks to be dried and splitting. No curbs have been hit with that front tire. Another tire previously had been taken from the back end to the dealership to be looked at for losing air. Iraq had ripped the rubber between the tire tread and created a hole. Again tires were at 3000 miles at this point in February and had not been taken off road at this point either. Goodyear was contacted because the owners had to pay out of pocket to completely replace the tire and a good year paid half of the cost for a new tire as part of their bad luck new car owner program. The tires are supposed to be an upgrade and be all-terrain. They have not even been taken off road and have had and now two major incidences. The tires seem very weak and there are currently no recalls because they have only been on vehicles for a short period of time. We have not been able to find them in any place other than the dealership to replace the tire because they are still so new. They seem very weak and have 8000 miles on the vehicle currently and are struggling to not crack.

I seen there is a recall on cooper tires. The cooper tires I have on my truck is not on the list but, on 02/17/2021 one of my front tires did what they claim the tires on recall do. I was driving on a highway and my low tire light come on and instantly my tire went flat and was told it was un-repairable. I had replace that tire and also I replaced the other side so both would have the same trade wear.

One general grabber stx, from walmart, on front of f150 base model truck shredded on highway. Following day the other front tire of same year and model of tire shredded. They shredded at 49,189 mies, 3yrs of use, still under tire manufacturers warranty. Dot: a30khm580816 and a30khm581316. I suspect the model of tire can't handle the load of the front of the truck. Whereas the exact same models of tires and same dot numbers on the rear are still running on the truck with 2900 miles more. The set of these four tires were all installed on the same date.

The hankook dynapro atm 275/55r20 tires are faulty and hankook does not stand by their 50,000 mile warranty on them. I have proof from my Ford dealership service department.
While driving on the freeway here in san diego, CA. On Dec. 31, 2018 at 11:15 am, at 65 mph I noticed a car in front of me swerve and before a could Dodge the object I hit it with my left front tire. A delfinity, dakota, a/t 2, lt265/75 r16. With only 28,880 miles on them. Was not long before my steering became wobbly. After managing to get over to the right side of the shoulder of the road in heavy traffic I observed my tire was flat and destroyed beyond repair. After replacing it with the spare in the rain. I returned home to check for any damage to my truck, but found none. After a call the the pepboys store where I purchased them on Apr. 30, 2013, as well as the road hazard service plan, I learned they do not carry these tires any more. I was offered a different brand tire as a replacement. Can you imagine driving your pride and joy with three tires of one brand and one of a different brand. Unacceptable!! as of now reading the other many complaints about these tires I can only accept them replacing all the tires under warranty.

From discount tire CO, I purchased 4 new tires on February 5, 2018 today, tread is now below the legal for safety with only 23,909 miles on the tire. I went to the same dealer location that put the tires on( livingston, texas) to receive terms of the certificate or warranty they did not want to honor either warranty for replacement without me needing to pay an additional 400. 00 . I am wanting to return my tires since obviously this is either a defective tire or one of below average quality.
