Two problems related to engine stall have been reported for the 1999 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Driving the vehicle, engine stalled. Unable to restart as engine had seized. Up to this time, the oil pressure and water temperatures were in the normal operating ranges, and oil level was within range as well.
While traveling at approximately 25 mph engine stalled. Consumer noticed a loss of power and fuel usage prior to this stalling. Dealership replaced 2 electronic sensors. Then a few days later, engine stalled again. Dealership has vehicle, and has been unable to determine cause of defect.
