One problem related to ball joint has been reported for the 2000 Ford F-250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Front end shaking on 2000 Ford F-250. Have replaced ball joints, steering arms, drag links, etc. . . Still shakes. It started with front end thumping and progressed. Now with all these repairs, the front end still thumps and can tell the tire shaking is happening. Sometimes the truck has a major pull to the right. I have brand new tires, and the pull only happens once in a while.
