Front drivers side wheel bearings went out and almost caused a wreck. I have spoken with many people on this subject and with a lot of research,I have found that the four wheel drive hub ass. Used in Fords f seiries trucks may be defective. The hub cannot be serviced nor the bearings inside,it is a sealed unit that cost around 400 dollars every time I replace it. If this bearing goes out while driving down the road it may cause a wreck by allowing an inch or so of play in the tire it self or by locking up resulting in skid type accident. I think that this is an abnormal amount of failure for sixty-thousand miles and 2 years.
