The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-250. The contact stated that the taillights of the vehicle were not illuminating as needed. The contact inspected the taillight assemblies and noticed that the housing of taillights was cracked, causing water to enter the assembly, creating an electrical shortage of the taillights. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that the vehicle was out of warranty. The manufacturer was contacted and the advised the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA hotline. The failure mileage was 26,000.
Tail lights keep blowing out every three months due to overheating of the sockets, causing the bulbs to fall out of the socket. Dealer notified, and informed consumer that nothing else could be done except keep on replacing the sockets.

Whenever driving during the day or during the night interior lights & back lights would come on & then go off. The fuel tank also leaked fuel. Have taken vehicle to dealership & was informed by mechanic there was no way the problem could be corrected.
