One problem related to front suspension lower ball joint has been reported for the 1999 Ford F-350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The contact stated at 30,000 miles the front end shook, and the contact would have to slow down to 5 mph b to gain control. The vehicle was taken to the dealership, and they replaced the lower ball joint. At 78,000 miles, the front end started shaking after hitting a bump while driving 60-65 mph. The vehicle was taken to the dealership, but they could not find any apparent problems with the front end assembly.
