One problem related to manifold/header/muffler/tail pipe has been reported for the 2002 Ford F-350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Contact had a 2004 Ford F-350 super duty truck and the studs to the manifold rusted. Consumer noticed this about 3 weeks ago on 7-8-05. The dealer stated this was normal wear. The truck had 78,000 miles on it. This is the first time she had problems with the manifold. The dealer stated consumer needed to get the studs replaced at her own expense.
