The contact owns a 2004 Ford F-350 super duty. While driving 50 mph, the engine lost power. The contact pulled the vehicle to the side of the road and the engine overheated. The vehicle shut off and could not be restarted. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and the contact was informed that the head gaskets and oil cooler needed to be replaced. A week prior to the failure, the engine overheated. The current and failure mileages were 108,000.
