One problem related to emission control has been reported for the 2011 Ford F-350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Upon starting the vehicle, I noticed that the check engine light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it has been diagnosed with a bad def pump, heater and sensor. These are for emission control and I have been told that these parts are not a warrantied item. Seems that this should be covered as it for the safety of the environment.
