Frontal Driver Clockspring/spiral Cassette Problems of Ford F-350

The contact owns a 2014 Ford F-350. The contact stated that while driving at 35, someone pulled in front of him and he was not able to honk the horn and the cruise control had shut on and off on its own. No warning lights was illuminated. The vehicle was diagnosed by the dealer and confirmed the failure was a clock spring. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The contact wanted to know why other vehicles were included but not his vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 200,000.
