After I stopped to pick-up some groceries I started the truck when a loud bang happened. I could smell gas an the engine started shaking. I shut it off. The next mourning I took it to parma car care specialists an they informed me the spark plug blew out of the head stripping all the threads with it an also the ignition coil was damaged needing replacement.

2 Gasoline Engine problem of the 2001 Ford F-450

Failure Date: 04/15/2002

Consumer states while traveling at 30 mph, saw black smoke pouring from under vehicle. Consumer drove to dealer, dealer stated the air filter and oil should be changed every 3 days because of the dirt roads, this could cause engine to blow up. Nlm.

3 Gasoline Engine problem of the 2000 Ford F-450

Failure Date: 12/02/2001

While driving vehicle, and upon impact of hitting a pole, the airbags did not deploy. . Consumer stated when the bumper anf grille was removed there was no air bag sensor, the vehicle hit pole and went air borne and landed on a 3ft rock upon hitting a tree, consumer stated the transmission and engine had previously been replaced.
