The contact owns a 2014 Ford Fiesta. The contact stated while driving approximately 30 mph the vehicle began to vibrate and when the contact depressed the accelerator the vehicle did not move forward faster. The contact pulled over and turned off the vehicle and restarted and felt the shudder again. The contact was eventually able to drive the vehicle and the failure did not occur again. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer and it was diagnosed that the transmission had a "flutter" and determined that numerous transmission parts had to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 56,000.
