Tl the contact owns a 2013 Ford Fiesta. On several occasions, the brake pedal was depressed, but failed to release when the contact's foot was removed from the brake pedal and seized. The vehicle was taken to b. J. Mauer motor company (located at 327 alwine rd, boswell, PA 15531, (800) 322-1924) where it was diagnosed that the brake hose and brake calipers needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 117,000.

Multiple issues: the air blend door actuator failed and is a known problem on all Fiestas and Ford refuses to fix without charging $800. It failed at 37,000 miles, 1000 miles over the bumper to bumper warranty. Additionally, the slide pins on the break calipers freeze often and need to be greased twice a year in order to prevent breaks being stuck on.
