While traveling and when making a turn heard a noise. Day after heard a louder noise, and vehicle traveled to the right. Manufacturer has been contacted. Please provide further information.
At 15,000 miles consumer noticed steering was shaking. A few miles later, consumer was making a left hand turn when steering wheel continued to turn left, wheel could be turned all way around. Consumer was told alignment was totally gone.
At highway speeds steering wheel will jump, causing vehicle to sway from side to side. Dealer has replaced several parts of front end, and the problem still exists.
While driving at 75 mph abruptly vehicle started swerving from side to side. This caused loss of control, vehicle spun around, and impacted a guard rail. As a result, driver sustained back and head injuries.
