On October 1, 2010 I was driving my 2007 Ford Fusion that I bought new in November 2007. When I came to a stop sign and tried to take off the transmission light and the wrench light came on. From then on the these lights always appear while driving. Also, the messaging center reads "odometer data error" and the speedometer is no long functioning properly. The car do not shift properly. The rpm was very high every time that the car try to change gears. I took the car to the dealership were I purchased it on numerous occasions before this happened because the car would stale when taken off and sometimes it would just shut down. Every time I took it back I was told that there weren't anything wrong with the car. Now that the warranty is expired I was then told that the transmission speed sensor and the main wire component needed to be replaced.
