1 Brake Hoses, Lines/piping, And Fittings problem of the 2020 Ford Mustang

Failure Date: 10/29/2020

On 8/29/2020 a Ford agency located in miami, FL sold me my 2020 Ford Mustang vehicle with a factory defect in the brake system and they did not make the participation in time to correct the mechanical defect of my vehicle according to to NHTSA. The truth is that I had an accident in the city of miami, FL on 10/29/2020 8:27 pm going up the exit ramp 826 palmeto expressway in the city of miami, FL with the total loss of my vehicle shooting the bags of air. The accident occurred because the police proceeded to stop the traffic in a preventive way and suddenly because a motorized caravan was passing all the vehicles we had to apply the brake with the misfortune that my vehicle due to the failure in the braking system with who sold it to me, the brake line broke causing this damage to my car, the collision from the rear with a truck. I attach photos of the breakage of the brake lines, photos of my vehicle's condition, a letter issued by the accident clinic where I keep doing rehabilitation therapy and a police report.

2 Brake Hoses, Lines/piping, And Fittings problem of the 2016 Ford Mustang

Failure Date: 02/26/2020

While driving on a residential street at a low rate of speed I attempted to stop at a stop sign. The brake pedal went completely to the floor. The vehicle did not stop. Many lights and warnings lit up letting me know I had no brake fluid. I stopped the vehicle using the emergency brake. After having it towed to Ford and inspected it was discovered that the passenger side brake line had ruptured and the driver side brake line had a 'bubble' and also needed replacement. This was a potentially very dangerous situation. If I were on the highway at a higher rate of speed this could have been fatal. Please investigate this brake failure in the 2016 Mustang.

5 Brake Hoses, Lines/piping, And Fittings problem of the 2005 Ford Mustang

Failure Date: 11/02/2010

I am the owner of a 2005 Ford Mustang with a standard transmission. This morning (with overnight temperatures in the 20s) as I started out of my driveway to go to work, my car stalled. I restarted the car and tried one more to move forward. The vehicle stalled again. On the third attempt, I was applied more fuel to get the car moving, but my back wheels were very hesitant (as if the brakes were locked up). I drove the car several blocks to my repair facility. When I got out of the car, I could smell that the brakes had gotten hot. My service associate took the vehicle into the garage and put it on the lift to inspect. He stated that the brakes had seized (unknown reason at this time). Upon removal of the driver's side wheel the problem was resolved. The mechanic stated that there was, most likely, some moisture in the emergency brake line and that during the short time that the vehicle was in the heated garage the line had unfrozen (melted). He suggested that I not use the emergency brake for parking in subfreezing temps. He also stated that Ford is aware of this issue and that I should contact Ford for final resolution. I contacted my local Ford service department who read a bulletin confirming that Ford is, in fact, aware of this defect in the original emergency brake cable / boot. The service technician went on to say that Ford has an improved part and that the boot and cable lining have new features to resolve the defect. I then contacted Ford customer service who also acknowledged that Ford is aware of this defect, but at this time there is no recall and that Ford's current policy disallows reimbursement for the stated defect. Failure of the braking system could potentially cause severe injury or death to myself, passengers and anyone who might be in the vicinity during a failure with the braking system. At this point, I obviously need to have the vehicle repaired. Since there is no current recall Ford has declined reimbursement.
