2015 Ford Mustang has a carbon monoxide leak in the cabin when a/c is on. Recorded carbon monoxide readings of 28 ppm and 17 ppm one week apart using a digital detector. Tested multiple other family cars with same detector under same conditions and received readings of 0 ppm, indicating detector is working accurately. Car originally had cracked exhaust and strong fumes that leaked into cabin with a/c on. Car was brought into service department and exhaust/catalytic converter were replaced. Carbon monoxide continued to leak into the car interior after repair, and contact experienced headaches, near loss of consciousness, dizziness, fatigue, and chest pain. Multiple medical visits were made for the experienced symptoms. Car was brought back to service department and exceeded the reasonable repair wait time after staying 34 days at dealership service department for repair.

There is a small crack in the caulking around my rear windshield that allows water to enter the vehicle. As a result the rear passenger seat and seatbelt get wet. The headliner also shows water damage. This happens while the car is parked. My driveway has a slight upward slant and it seems to be worse than when my car is parked on a level surface.

The catalytic converter on the driver's side of the exhaust pipe has cracked and must be replaced at a cost of almost $1400. It seems a part so expensive should last more than 75000 miles, which is approximately what the car has on it now. No one can tell me why it would have cracked, but a couple of muffler shops have told me that they have seen many Ford catalytic converters crack for no apparent reason. This would seem to be a manufacturing defect.

Mustang 2011 hood edge has blistering paint in several places. Eclectic drivers side car seat stopped working, unable to adjust to a correct position, which affects driving safely, puerile low profile tires became weathered and cracked to the point of being unsafe to drive at 24,000 miles, I had to replace all 4 bad tires. I had a flat tire due to cracks in my tires and was informed they were unsafe for driving. I feel ripped off that my car feels unsafe to drive and is also now rusting. I'm attaching only one photo of a tire side since I'm still looking for my other photos with the weather rotting and huge cracks.

As of today my 2006 Mustang has 58,953 miles on it and it is on it¿s third alternator. The first one failed at around the 56,000 mile mark and was replaced. My friend and I had traveled about 60 miles n from sacramento to an area between alta and dutch flats and I had turned off the ac and put the windows down. I heard a strange crackling sound and I pulled over about a half a mile afterwards and shut off the engine, we smelled something burning and lifted up the hood. And that was the end of the 2nd alternator it had lasted about 1600 miles. The sparks that were shooting out of the alternator looked like a 4th of July sparkler, and we¿re stranded in the middle of nowhere. And i¿m on the 3rd alternator with less than 59000 miles. Two months later maybe 600 more miles and water from the split in the wiper cowling runs into the car which went unnoticed for several days. I had standing water in the front passenger floor board and some in the rear as well. My repair estimate of almost $600. 00, plus a rental car and not including pulling the carpet and heating the floorboard as rust prevention. My feeling is it¿s not over yet as I have read a lot of the other complaints from people with the same issue. I have noticed the engine has started to crank like it might not start. Ford posts record profits all the while refusing to acknowledge the financial hardship to loyal consumers who just wanted to own their pretty Mustang, and paid well for it. We are real, we have lives that are affected by this in real and meaningful ways. . . . . . . Help us! listen to us, for every person that found their way to this web site and posted their complaint their are hundreds out there with the same problems who aren¿t even aware of this process. We haven¿t gone out and caused this damage to our cars, we are not at fault and we deserve remediation. Please help.
