Abs light came on, followed immediately by the brakes not working properly, which caused an accident, which totaled the vehicle and injured my son who was driving.

I had a green light on a n/s street. The driver on the e/w street ran the light. I hit the driver side of his car, damaging my entire front end to the point of a total loss on the van. The passenger airbag did deploy (no passenger, however). The driver side did not. I am dealing with deep bruising on my sternum and chest.

A vehicle turned left infront of me. Having no time to apply my brakes, my vehicle front end struck the right side of the other vehicle at approximately 45-50mph. It was a direct frontal impact to my vehicle of such force it killed the other driver. Neither of my airbags deployed.

On 11/20/05 at approximately 10:00 p. M. A deer ran in front of my van. The impact was on the drivers front left at the headlight section of the vehicle. Minor damage was done to the vehicle but the incident caused injury to my wife. The drivers airbag didn't deploy but the passengers did. This caused the airbag to break my wife's wrist in 2 places. At the same time the drivers seat belt locked but the passengers didn't causing my wife to go forward. Both of us were wearing our seat belts. This seems to me that there was some kind of defect in the system since everything happened backwards. At this time nothing has been done to the van but Ford customer affairs is suppose to be contacting me.

The consumer could see that the cracks were starting to appear on the passenger air bag compartment. The dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem.

While driving 55 mp both frontal air bags deployed unexpectedly. Driver and passenger sustained minor injuries, and were transported to a hospital by ambulance. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for inspection.

I was in an accident on Monday, April 5th while driving down the expressway at 60 mph when a 3x5 metal structure flew off a flat bed and struck my front and front end of my vehicle. (4000k worth of damage) and my airbad only deployed a small amount not all the way.

While traveling about 20mph on a main road another vehicle hit him while traveling through the light at the intersection. The consumer dual airbags didn't deploy. The dealership is aware of the problem. Ts.

Front impact on passenger's side with unknown speed, neither airbag deployed. No injuries.

While driving at 45 mph consumer hit another vehicle head-on, and none of front air bags deployed. Contacted dealer, and dealer was not willing to do anything.

While driving at the speed of 35mph was involved in a frontal collision. Upun impact, neither air bag deployed. Dealer has been notified. If you have any additional information feel free to add.

While driving at highway speed of 70-72 mph, both air bags depolyed after running over a piece of tire tread. Dealer and manfacturer were notified. Feel free to provide any further information.

While driving the vehicle 55 mph the vehicle was involved in a head on collision yet neither of the frontal air bags deployed.

Vehicle was going 35-40mph and another vehicle shot out in front, causing a crash. Front airbags didn't deploy. Consumer had seat belt on. Ford has given a straight answer why it didn't deploy.

While consumer was traveling about 55 mph another vehicle veered into his vehicle and rearended him. He drove towards the shoulder, and frontal airbag didn't deploy.

The van was struck in the front -- totaling it. Neither air bag deployed.

Was traveling 40-45mph in foggy weather when a deer appeared in the road. Hit deer & both air bags deployed,causing the driver to suffer burns on the face & arms. Also, front seat belt failed to restrain the driver.

While driving down street car ran stop sign, consume smashed on brakes, but still crashed into other car, upon impact, passenger's side ar bag deployed and struck father in face, causing temporary blindness. Also, brakes squeaked, and pulled to right when applied. Dealer test drove vehicle, but found nothing. Claim forms were to be sent to consumer, but were never sent.

In a frontal impact driver's air bag malfunctioned, causing the airbag to deploy to the side, and causing injuries to the driver. Also, passenger's airbag deployed and exploded, causing the passenger to be blind. Dealer could not determine the caus eof the problem. Please provide further information.

While driving approximately25mph vehicle in front stop suddenly, and consumer rear ended it. Upon impact, both airbags deployed and bursted open which burned the left side of the consumer's face.

Upon impact, during frontal crash, 9:00 on front bumper, at approx. 35mph, driver's/ passenger's air bags deployed, however, driver's airbag deployed onto the left of driver. As result, driver sustained wounds and bruises.
