One problem related to battery cable has been reported for the 2003 GMC Envoy. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving at any speed engine check light came on and stayed on. Dealer checked this problem on three occasions. On each occasion the spark plugs were changed, and the battery cable bolt was replaced.
