One problem related to brake abs warning light has been reported for the 2003 GMC Sierra. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
On 7 separate occasions the abs warning light illuminated and remained on. The service brake system message also illuminated on the dash. The brakes rotors failed. The dealership indicated that this was due to the asbestos brake pads being used. Please provide any additional information.
