Without warning we experienced a total brake failure due to loss of brake fluid. Pedal went completely to the floor and it caused our vehicle to lose total speed control.
When consumer depressed the accelerator pedal, it became stuck, the vehicle then accelerated in full throttle, which resulted in an accident. The driver was seriously injured. Please provide more details.
When the accelerator was applied, the engine revved, and the vehicle suddenly shot foward.
Consumer complained about vehicle hesitation. Dealer was contacted, and had replaced the throttle body sensor. Also abs light turned on dash, as well as the gauges. Dealer was contacted ands stated that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle.
When starting vehicle up, it lurches forward. Took vehicle to dealer, and cause unknown. Consumer states that while the vehicle is in the park position it lurches forward.
