I had an accident yesterday on 31st,Jan,2010 . It was a Sunday . . My got hit by a truck and the crash was so bad that my car is total loss from the front and we all got sudden shock right away. . First the driver banged his car at front then he made a left turn to escape. My concern is that the air bags didn't open. The truck could have banged us all and it was almost very close to me and my husband sitting at the very front . I was in there with my two kids and husband. We all could have been died by now. I would like to file a claim against Honda. I have Honda Civic 1999 silver. I chose Honda and it didn't help me when I needed .
The contact owns a 1999 Honda Civic. While driving 55-60 mph, the contact lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the side of a mountain. The vehicle was destroyed and a police report was filed. The frontal air bags on both the driver and passenger sides failed to deploy. Two passengers were injured. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 25,000.
(11/09/05) the front airbags malfunctioned causing the consumer to lose control of the vehicle. (the vehicle was declared a total loss).
The vehicle was involved in an accident while the consumer was riding as a passenger. During the accident the air bag deployed and released violently. As a result, the passenger suffered serious injuries.
While driving 25 mph vehicle was hit head on, and neither airbag deployed. No injuries, damage to vehicle unknown.
Head on collision at 35 mph, neither airbag deployed. Driver suffered neck and back injuries. Vehicle was totalled.
Consumer was traveling about 35mph on a side street, while turning there wasn't a curb, but vehicle hit a tree and it flipped over once an its top. Then, slid down the road. Upon impact, dual airbags didn't deploy.
Consumer was traveling 60mph on highway and fell asleep at wheel. Vehicle hit a guardrail, and dual airbags didn't go off. Dealership was aware of problem.

While making a left hand turn, another vehicle traveling at 45 mph hit the front end of the consumer's car. The vehicle knocked the entire front end off the consumer's car. None of the airbags deployed. Please provide any additional information.
