I was struck on my front bumper by a driver directly in front of me. He was making a 3-point turn and didn't know that I was behind him. He accelerated into me and even though my car sustained minimal damage, my neck received all of the crash energy. I have hard-copy evidence of my neck from mris and cat scans taken 1 year before the accident; I had a healthy neck. I now have 3 disintergrating discs and constant pain. The treatments will be open-ended, I am told. Through my research, I found that Honda changed their head-restraint design on the Civic hybrid 2003 (my car). Before that year, the regular Civic had excellent ratings. This model had a 'minimal passing' rating. I feel that the lack of neck support was the reason that my body sustained such injuries.

Vehicle was traveling approximately 40-45mph in a rain storm. Consumer heard a "womp" noise, but didn't have enough time to stop. Consumer found out it was a cat that was hit. Front bumper was destroyed, but was being repaired under warranty. Consumer was questioning why damage was so severe from hitting a small animal. Consumer also backed slowly into mailbox post and caused $800 damage because of a slight cut through the rear bumper.
I had the bumper replaced by Honda of hollywood through the other partys insurance, however it took almost 2months to have done because they were giving me the run around. I had the bumper replaced 9/11/00 and richard in the hollywood Honda autobody shop tells me that there should be an opening where the bumper and body of the car meet. I told him when I purchased the car it was like that the two met closely and now he is trying to convince me that its was never like that and to look at all the other Hondas they are not close together. At this point 2 months of being dumped on, the farmers insurance adjuster from the guilty party made a deal with richard from my initial precise estimate of $895. 00 to Honda's $413. 00 and the bumper is worse off. I need a lawyer can someone help me out?.

Fender liner replaced 8 months ago due to accident. While traveling on highway, part of fender liner came apart and got stuck on front left tire, causing car to almost go off road. Contacted Honda bodyshop and was told that this was a known Honda problem. Not their fault, and I have to pay for it myself. Contacted Honda dealership where car was bought, and they couldn't tell me anything.
