Tl the contact owns a 2017 Honda Cr-v. The contact stated that the instrument panel failed to operate as intended on several occasions while the vehicle was being driven. The contact stated that various warning indicators illuminated on and off. The contact also stated that the touch screen for the vehicle controls and the cruise control were inoperable. The vehicle was taken to umansky Honda (located at 960 hilton heights rd, charlottesville, va 22901, (888) 686-9143) to be diagnosed, but the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failures. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 6,000.

2 Instrument Panel Failure problem

Failure Date: 05/19/2017

Tl the contact owns a 2017 Honda Cr-v. The contact stated that the instrument panel cluster failed to operate properly and various warning indicators illuminated. Also, the shift knob fractured while the vehicle was in operation. The vehicle was taken to Honda of slidell (510 e howze beach rd, slidell, la 70461, 888-296-2638) and the instrument panel was replaced and the shift knob was repaired. The dealer was unable to remedy the failures during two previous visits. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was not available.
