Tl-the contact owns a 2019 Honda Passport. The contact stated that while driving down the highway the vehicle made a noise and the check engine light came on while driving at 55 mph. The vehicle then lost accelleration and the contact pulled over. The vehicle was towed to the dealer jim coleman 12451 auto dr, clarksville, MD 21029 (443) 535-0500. The dealer stated that they could not do any repairs because they are showing soft codes instead of hard codes meaning a possible issue with the fuel injection pump, having carbon minoxide in the fuel or sensors. The dealer did issue the contact a loaner vehicle. The warranty on the vehicle is still active and the manufacturer had not been contacted yet. The dealer stated that they will test drive the vehicle again to see if they could get a hard code reading. The failure mileage was 16,000. Tf.
