Transmission Slip Out Of Gear Problems of Hyundai Elantra

I baught this car sept 1st 2020, on October 3rd 2020 while driving the car pn my way to work on the hyway the transmition sliped and stopped shifting and wouldnt shift out of 2nd gear amd check engine light came on I was quick to put the hazard on avoiding collision from behind I took it into the dealership. Where they told me it would need a full transmition replacement due to manufacture defect. They are currently with gdpr the transmition to come so I'll have this loner car for the next 2-6 weeks.

2020 Hyundai elentra <5,000 miles city/urban driving when attempting to accelerate from stop; transmission quit working would not shift out of first gear. The car would not go above 10-20 mph almost causing an accident by the next driver accelerating into the back of the car. Dealership wants to replace transmission with a re-manufactured unit. I have it since after thanksgiving 2019.

While driving 70 mph on ohio turnpike the transmission slipped out of gear and would not allow the car to shift into any gears. After pulling over and restarting the car the fastest it would go was 10 mph .

On August 3rd 2018 I purchase a 2008 Hyundai Elantra from campbell auto finance used cars and trucks in gilroy California when I was driving home on the freeway doing 65 I heard a big thumping noise in the front passenger side like it shifted out of drive and came back into drive the check engine light came on every time I drove the car it will make that noise pop out of gear and go back into drive on August 7th 2018 I was driving my car back to gilroy the car made a hard bumping noise and then the car was stuck into 3rd gear and it's still stuck in 3rd gear and it will not come out.

When slowing down to approach a complete stop transmission seems to pop or slip out of gear, causing the car to jerk very hard at times. Only happens when car is decelerating between 20-15 mph.

As of this time the car has been in for the same problem at 12000, 39000, 42000 and it is going back in. The last time this happened the car was in the shop on 8/24/2000, after picking the car up from repairs the same problem returned on the way home and the car is going back in on 8/28/2000.
