I went to get a new inspection sticker & received a rejection sticker it read "the obd fuel system monitor was disabled when an associated configuration register was inadvertently cleared prior to release. " date of owner notification was November 18, 2005. I purchased this vehicle in 2013 and I have been having an emissions problem starting 4-5 months after I purchased it. I'm still having the problem today, and dealer refused to fix the problem.
