Two problems related to axle shaft seal have been reported for the 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Replaced right front sway bar link,/ axel assembly2-6-2001/ pinion seal 10-25-00.
Rear axle seal failed.
