1 Transmission Slip Out Of Gear problem

Failure Date: 12/05/1998

Cold transmission will not shift from 2nd gear to 3rd. Transmission slips out of gear, causing loss of power. Dealer recommends new transmission. Not covered under warranty.

2 Transmission Slip Out Of Gear problem

Failure Date: 07/24/1996

While the vehicle was on and in parked, it jumped out of gear, from park to reverse, lost control, resulting in an accident/ no eployment of driver's air bag during accident, resulting in injuries to driver.

3 Transmission Slip Out Of Gear problem

Transmission keeps slipping out of gear into lower gear, causing vehicle to slowdown unexpectedly. Consumer must pull over and change gear. Dealer cannot duplicate the defect.
