I have tried to correspond with the customer service but I am having a tremendous difficulty with not only reaching the pertinent individuals but in getting anybody to followup with me.

I have had my front rotors replaced on my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4 times. (17000, 28000, 35000, 43000 miles) . I do not drive in stop and go traffic. I do not tow and I am not a heavy braker. I have complained to Chrysler about this problem on several occasions, but they said it is not their defect. It must be the way I am driving. I have found web sites (deja. Com, edmunds. Com) that have numerous postings about this problem. I really feel that this is a defect in the Chrysler product.

Consumer states transmission does not shift the way it should, there is a delay when going into gear and it makes a noise, rear seal, pan gasket, and cooler lines leaking, humming in engine at 59-62 mph, the wiper blades failed, while using remote there is a grinding noise coming from door area, the right front rotor is worn, the deqler replaced the front brake pads, and headlights need to be adjusted.
