I repeatedly took vehicle to dealership for service, on all visits they told me there were no problems at all, and car was safe, well, brakes failed and I hit a truck, and airbags didn't come out. I could have died if I was on the highway and they failed.
Brake rotors failed two times in less than 30,000 miles. Chrysler refuses to assist and will not give me the name of the factory representative. The last time they failed there was nearly an accident.
Front brake rotors failed at 11875 miles, 18264 miles, 30815 miles, 38037 miles, 42688 miles and the 6th time at 47312 miles. Early failure begins with slight pulsation feel when brakes are applied and gets progressively worse as milage increases and more brake applications occure. Steering is affected if not attended to immediately. If the rotor heats so high it could possible break causing severe problems.
