1 Radiator problem

Failure Date: 09/16/2015

Vehicle was crashed into a cement pole head on. Radiator broken completely, engine as been pushed up all the way to the windshield, headlight flew off tires popped, yet airbag didn't deploy. As a result I suffer from chest and rib bruising from hitting steering wheel.

2 Radiator problem

Failure Date: 11/01/2011

The contact owns a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that the fan relay module failed and caused the radiator to stop and the vehicle to overheat. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was confirmed that he fan relay module had failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The current mileage was 128,970 and the failure mileage was unknown.

3 Radiator problem

Failure Date: 01/06/2010

The car overheated and you can hear the boiled coolant flushing back into the reservoir and pouring out through the drain. This I found out was caused due to the malfunctioning or rather electrical shorting of the ecm (engine control module) located in the hood near the firewall behind the coolant reservoir. This causes a failure in the electrical system so the fan that is supposed to kick on when you turn on the air fails to start. I also recently replaced my inline-6 due to a crack in the engine block causing the coolant to flow and mix with the oil therefore, resulting in low levels or coolant in the reserve and the radiator. It also causes the oil level to increase drastically.

4 Radiator problem

Failure Date: 03/01/2004

Failure of radiator because of a faulty fan assembly.

5 Radiator problem

Failure Date: 05/03/2002

Loosing approximately 1 gallon of antifreeze per 1000 miles. Dealer repairs number of times starting from purchase at 19,000 miles (was told to ay $268 by customer service to replace radiator when finally diagnosed at 40,000 miles to get vehicle back even though it was under warranty and vehicle is still losing same amount of coolant)/ low oil pressure was finally corrected by replacing undersized cam. . . Didn't replace lifters, etc. . . Incorrect procedure because they wear together/ a/c and cruise fixed by zip tying a large vacuum resevoir bottle to a/c line/transmission shift poorly.
