Tl- the contact owns a 2006 Jeep grand cherokee. The contact stated while making turns ,the tracking warning light was illuminated and there was a grinding noise present. The contact stated the the esp, bap,and transmission warning lights was also continuously illuminated. The failure recurred multiple times. The contact had received NHTSA campaigns: 14v438000(electrical systems) and 13v175000(electrical system , power train) and stated that the parts were not available. The dealer was uncertain when the parts would become available to service the vehicle under the recall. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the approximate failure mileage was 66,957. 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee make a grinding noise while turning. Consumer states that the mechanic could find nothing wrong with the vehicle. When noise occurred again it also made the entire front panel flash. The dealer informed the consumer the tires had been rotated and the griding noise should cease. The consumer was told the transmission was leaking, so the dealer replaced the o-ring and a bushing.
