Tl the contact owns a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While driving 65 mph, the vehicle stalled and all the warning indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. The contact veered to the shoulder of the road. When the vehicle was turned off and restarted, it resumed normal operation. The contact then drove to northgate Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram (8536 colerain Ave, cincinnati, OH 45251, (661) 395-3005) where it was diagnosed that the engine failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired and the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the VIN was not included in a recall. The contact was referred to NHTSA to file a complaint. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.
