My 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe (VIN: [xxx] ) has experienced repeated safety-related failures. With only 3,169 miles, the vehicle became inoperable shortly after purchase and remained at a florida dealership for 9 months waiting for parts. The hybrid battery and related components were replaced. After picking up the vehicle, while driving from florida to north carolina on [xxx], the check engine light came back on. A cooling system failure was diagnosed, which caused critical safety systems to stop functioning: the forward collision warning sensor, radar, and driver-assistance features all became disabled. A technician also discovered that a component requiring nine bolts was fastened with only two, indicating improper repair or assembly and creating a serious safety hazard. I brought the vehicle to autostar cdjr in hendersonville, nc, where additional issues were documented: rattling/thumping noise under the vehicle at highway speeds, wind noise entering through the front windshield, and the check engine light still on. The advisor noted in writing that the vehicle had been in the florida dealership for nine months and now shows new faults. As of December 7, 2025, the vehicle is again in the repair shop. I no longer feel safe driving it. The repeated failures of the hybrid/electrical system, cooling system, and critical safety sensors, along with evidence of improper assembly, represent a significant safety risk. I request that NHTSA investigate these defects, as they appear to indicate a broader safety issue with this model. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).

I was driving north on i64, and a car in front of me suddenly stopped. Cruise control was on, but when I applied the brake, my car did not stopped, and cruise control speed up, before decreasing speed. Instead of turning off, and allowing the car to slow down. I had to swerve, causing to go off on the side of the highway, and held my foot on the brake for almost a mile, along the side of the highway, before the car came to a stop.

Randomly, and without warning, the instruments, gauges, and displays will switch into a language I do not speak or understand (italian). Coinciding with the switch to italian language, cluster and radio display settings revert back to default settings, auto door locks and paddle shifter becomes inoperative (with no menu to enable), pedestrian emergency brake (peb) lamp or forward collision warning (fcw) lamp turns on with no way to disable, units of measurement including speed, temperature, etc. All change, and many other random settings change as well. ***this is clearly a dangerous situation because of all the functions and gauges that change, and the fact it is difficult if not impossible to recover from this due to the language of the setting menus, and the complexity of discovering and navigating through all these changes. I have taken it to the dealer twice, and they say there is nothing they can do and to wait for a possible software update, but none has come and it has been over a year. When this happens, even if one is able to wade through all the settings menus and change setting back, some items cannot be reset (like the fca off lamp). Almost caused crash twice!!!.

While driving on a local neighborhood street at approximately 38 miles per hour, ( cruise control possibly engaged) , all the lights on my dashboard suddenly illuminated. A messages appeared stating that service was required for every guidance and braking system. At that moment I became concerned, so I attempted to use the brake. Despite pressing the brake pedal as hard as I could, the car did not slow down. I cannot remember if I downshifted using the paddle shifters on the steering wheel, but I was able to coast to a manageable speed and pull into a parking lot. I then turned the vehicle off and on again, but all the warning lights remained on the dashboard. After waiting for about five minutes, the vehicle was restarted, and this time none of the warning lights were on. Since I was very close to home, I drove the rest of the way very slowly. Later, I searched online and discovered that other people have experienced this same problem. Some of the information I read suggested that water can get into a component, and it had been raining on the day of the incident and the day before. My primary safety concern is what would have happened if I had been approaching a stoplight or driving on a freeway where I needed to stop suddenly. I am confident that I would not have been able to stop in time to avoid a crash. It is frightening to think of what could happen if a child were to run into the street and this happening. I immediately made an appointment with my local Jeep dealership. The dealer has since driven the vehicle 98 miles but has not yet been able to replicate the issue.
Assessment of ongoing mechanical & safety issues – 2023 Jeep grand wagoneer to whom it may concern, I am providing a clear, factual assessment of the ongoing issues with my 2023 Jeep grand wagoneer, which I purchased for $108,000 and have owned for less than two years. During this time, I have experienced twelve separate mechanical and functional failures, several of which have rendered the vehicle undriveable for prolonged periods. Below is a summary of the major issues that continue to impact the reliability, safety, and usability of this vehicle. 1. Seat / massage mechanism defect (ongoing for months) a malfunction in the seat massage system has created a large, hard protrusion in the driver’s seat. This defect has resulted in significant back pain, requiring both urgent care and follow-up medical evaluation. I have now been diagnosed with sciatica, which my physician has indicated is likely related to prolonged pressure and improper spinal support caused by the seat malfunction. Two dealerships have confirmed the issue and ordered the replacement part months ago, yet the part delivery has been repeatedly delayed, most recently to January 6, 2026. This has affected my ability to safely and comfortably operate the vehicle, and has now escalated into a documented medical issue. 2. Suspension noise during auto-leveling the vehicle’s air suspension system produces extremely loud noises during auto-adjustments. This raises concerns regarding the safety and structural integrity of the suspension system. 3. Window hinge failure a window hinge has prematurely failed, requiring service intervention. This is not consistent with typical wear for a vehicle less than two years old. 4. Cruise control malfunction the cruise control system intermittently ceases functioning while driving. The only way to restore it is to turn the vehicle off and restart it, which presents a safety concern when traveling at highway speeds. This points to a possible electrical or.

My 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe began with an intense burning smell followed by the “service hybrid electric vehicle” warning light illuminating. After this, the vehicle experienced numerous electrical issues with the infotainment system, and the air conditioning failed. At one point, both the service and battery lights came on and the car lost all power, would not shift from park, and could not move. The service light continued to illuminate a total of eight times. During the seventh and eighth occurrences, the vehicle became unsafe: once while stopped, the electric and motor systems appeared to fight for power, and the next time while traveling around 55 mph, the car suddenly lost power and rapidly decelerated, creating a serious risk of a rear-end collision. This problem has been reproduced by the dealership, who attempted to replace the module control module without success. Dealership and myself contacted the manufacturer and were told there is currently no fix and to “hang tight” until one is available. Due to the severity and ongoing nature of the issue, I have also filed a claim with ncds USA for further support.

While driving, the vehicle sends a message that the automatic cruise control has shut down, the car starts slowing down and doesn't respond to pressing on the gas. Only recourse is to move off to the side of the road, shut everything down and turn it back on. The batteries show two miles left on the electric system. This is the second occurrence. Both have occurred at highway speed.
I was driving on the freeway and the car stuttered and then stopped, had to get towed home found out the aux battery was bad, replaced that and brake hub and sensor on driver tire but abs. And anti swerve light. Also no cruise control. Screen says fcw unavailable service required, also 4wf service.

On the highway my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel briefly stalled and the check engine light came on. I then lost all power and could only maintain a speed of 45mph in a 70mph speed limit highway. I turned on my flashers and could not get off the road due to construction and jersey barriers for several miles. When I had the opportunity I pulled off the side of the road and called to have my vehicle towed to a service facility. I was informed by the mechanic that scanned my car for trouble codes, a p0336-00 was set in my pcm. The mechanic informed me that I would have to take the vehicle to a Jeep Chrysler dealer. This is apparently a known issue with 2014 to 2018 Jeep grad cherokees equipped with the 3. 0l diesel engine including ram 1500s of the same vintage with the same diesel engine installed. The specific problem is that the crank shaft tone wheel is not read by the crankshaft position sensor because of degradation to the tone wheel which is connected to the crankshaft. I have complied with all safety and emission recalls. Related: rc-rw68-20 safety recall w68 transport canada 2020-371 loss of crankshaft position. Requires the replacement of the tone wheel. Issued 02/11/2021. Rc-rw58-20 safety recall w68 transport canada 2020-371 loss of crankshaft position. Requires pcm software update for loss of crankshaft position. In lieu of the tone wheel failing, the computer uses the camshaft position sensor. This is only designed to not disable the car completely but allow the driver to pull of the road. P0335-00 or p0336-00 wil be set and a check engine light will illuminate. My vehicle was not included in the nthsa safety recall and it should have been.

The adaptive cruise control and automatic emergency braking have not worked properly for over a year. Sometimes I get a message that the aeb/acc is not working and to see the dealer other times I have a light lit showing it is not working. On some occasions there are no signs of it not working but ate acc works like the regular cruise control and does not slow the car down unless you apply the brake. The car has been to the dealer 2 pervious times with no long term fix it is now there again out of warrantee waiting to be fixed. Last time was 05/06/24.
The vehicle has ongoing electrical and battery system problems that cause safety and driver-assistance systems to malfunction or shut off unexpectedly. The vehicle has repeatedly been found dead after short periods of non-use, requiring jump starts and battery replacement. These electrical issues appear to affect multiple vehicle systems simultaneously. While driving, advanced safety features such as lane departure warning, lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, and proximity-based warning systems shut off, become unavailable, or behave inconsistently without warning. In some cases, warning messages appear and then clear on their own, while the affected safety systems remain disabled. At other times, the systems deactivate without any clear alert. The manufacturer and dealer have acknowledged battery drain and electrical instability, but instead of permanently repairing the underlying problem, certain features were disabled to reduce battery draw. These include proximity-related features and other driver alerts. Disabling safety and warning systems does not correct the defect and creates an unsafe condition where the driver cannot rely on the vehicle’s advertised safety features to function consistently. Because these systems disable themselves or are intentionally disabled due to unresolved electrical issues, the vehicle cannot be relied upon to provide continuous lane-keeping assistance, collision warnings, or adaptive cruise functions. The failures are unpredictable and occur during normal operation, creating a safety risk to occupants and other drivers.
To whom it may concern, my name is [xxx] . I am a florida resident and the lessee of a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, VIN [xxx] . Due to repeated and serious mechanical and electrical failures involving the hybrid system, I have already retained legal representation. My lemon law case is currently being handled cplg – consumer protection law group despite this, the situation continues to worsen and the process has become unreasonably prolonged. Major components, including the hybrid battery, have already been replaced. Nevertheless, the vehicle continues to experience recurring failures. Importantly, the vehicle previously remained at a florida dealership for approximately eight (8) months for repairs, and the issues still were not permanently resolved. At this time, the vehicle is once again in service at a dealership in hendersonville, north carolina. I have now been waiting for the third consecutive week with no clear timeline for parts availability or when the vehicle will be returned to me. As a result, I am forced to rely on rental vehicles on an ongoing basis, which requires changing vehicles every Friday. This is extremely inconvenient and disruptive for me and my family. With the holiday season approaching, the uncertainty regarding when (or if) my vehicle will be repaired and returned has significantly increased my stress and anxiety. This situation has gone far beyond normal inconvenience. It is now causing ongoing emotional distress and has negatively affected my mental well-being and daily functioning. Although a lemon law case is already in progress through cplg, the continued delays leave me no choice but to submit parallel consumer complaints in order to seek expedited review and resolution. I am formally requesting immediate review and intervention under florida consumer protection statutes and applicable florida lemon law provisions. I am reporting significant safety issues with my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited x. The vehicle has repeatedly experienced failures in critical safety systems such as adaptive cruise control (acc), parksense, and lane departure, which randomly disable while driving, particularly in cold weather or after a restart. These failures compromise essential safety functions necessary for highway driving and parking. Additionally, I encountered a severe issue regarding the vehicle’s lack of over-voltage protection. While charging the battery, it was accidentally exposed to 48 volts instead of 12 volts, resulting in damage to key electronic modules, including those controlling safety systems. This lack of protection from foreseeable charging errors is concerning, especially given the advanced electronics in modern vehicles. Other Jeep owners have reported similar issues related to voltage fluctuations affecting acc, lane departure, and parksense systems. Battery-related issues seem to be directly linked to the failure of these critical safety features?(Jeep cherokee club)?(Jeep forum). Voltage instability, particularly with the engine stop/start (ess) system, has also been widely discussed, further pointing to potential flaws in Jeep’s electrical design. Given the critical nature of these systems, their failures due to inadequate over-voltage protection and inconsistent electrical performance represent a serious safety risk. I request that NHTSA investigate these concerns, as they may be affecting a broader range of Jeep vehicles, putting drivers and passengers at risk. While a fire did not occur, the potential is there due to the burning of electronics with strong odors and smoke.
Electronic stability control, check engine and abs lights are all on. This effects not only my esc- I have gone out of control multiple times in bad weather, but because of this the cruise control and the automatic starter on my vehicle do not work either. I live in northern vt where winters are tough. Esc needs to be working properly to prevent potential for crash. I have come close several times this winter to going out of control. Also very annoying that the convenience items do not work. Lastly- these lights have been showing on the dash since last summer. I wanted to trade the vehicle in about this time and still do for a different vehicle but can not because of the dash being lit up. This is causing significant financial impact on my household as the vehicle is depreciating day by day and I would certainly not get what its worth with a dashboard full of mechanic error lights.

The forward park usually works now it doesn’t and this is a 2024 Jeep new from the dealer. Very unacceptable almost crash into another car bc the cluster will usually beep and show me how far I am when I get close and now I guess it just doesn’t do that anymore ? can I get some help please and quick…. . Lot of money being spent on this monthly lease! I’d appreciate it thank u!!!!.
Multiple critical safety defects since January 2024 purchase: transmission: sudden transmission failures with complete loss of power while driving requiring emergency repairs. Battery system: 4xe hybrid battery system failed multiple times, vehicle inoperable. Six unrepaired safety recalls including urgent fire risk (NHTSA 25v141000). Computer system: repeated crashes affecting dashboard warning systems and vehicle controls while driving. Engine: multiple performance failures causing unsafe loss of power. Out of service: over 30 days total for warranty repairs. Problems persist after multiple dealer repair attempts. Dealer/manufacturer: stellantis refuses adequate remedy despite clear defects. Vehicle poses serious ongoing safety risk. Request investigation for recall expansion beyond current 6 unrepaired recalls.
Our 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee started to exhibit the following conditions: brake lights remained on, esc failure, autopark failure, cruise control failure, vehicle started without depressing the brake pedal. I researched possible recalls and found z48 for hcu/abs module failures. Our vehicle was in the recalled build dates. We took it to palace Chrysler Jeep ram inc. In lake orion, mi for repair. They "reflashed" the software, cleared the fault codes and returned the vehicle to us. In 3 key cycles, the failures returned. We took the car back to the dealership. They stated that the reflash wasn't done correctly. (blamed machine error) reset the fault codes and in 3-5 key cycles the problem returned. Now on the third try, the dealership replaced the hcu/abs module and charged us $1,100 for the repair. We requested reimbursement from stellantis and have been denied 3 times. This is completely unacceptable since the recall z48 is for this exact problem. Also, it proves that their sw reflash doesn't fix the problem in some vehicles. We want stellantis to reimburse us for this repair.
2022 Jeep grand wagoneer series ii. Thia whole vehicle is a death trap!! since owning this vehicle it's been one issue after another with one dealership visit "repair" after another. With each repair the vehicle gets worse and the problems aren't fixed. My vehicle has been in & our of service over 20 times in the passed year. We even had it in for a 10 hour repair, where they said they fixed "all the technology". But that still doesn't work. We had it upgraded, but that doesn't to make anything better. . . It's slower than molasses & freezes - but that is the least of my issues. . . It seems like the dealership is doing nothing to help me & just putting band-aids on these issues, so I've finally decided to open my mouth. Not only are "minor issues" such as the radio not getting fixed, there are issues like my check engine light constantly coming on, my power steering going while driving, heating/cooling seats turning on and off whenever they feel like through out the drive & the adaptive cruise control frequently decides not to work. This vehicle is going to kill me and my family because everyone is downplaying how serious everything is, mind you the power steering went out while I was drving my soon to football. This whole vehicle should be recalled. I thought I was going to love this car, but it has been nothing but a nightmare! my Jeep is back in service for the power steering issue. Who knows how long it will be there. Or they may give it back and say "hey, it's good. " like they've been doing. Buyer beware. If you're thinking a grand wagoneer. . Think again!!.
This is sonia clark. On September 14, 2023 had a very big crash with our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. My husband and granddaughter were in the crash. Everyone is okay but the Jeep is totaled. At 7:00am, the Jeep accelerated out of control, my husband was trying applying the breaks, but the accelerator over powered the brake system. The car reached speeds of between 74-83 mph based on the life 360 app our both my husband and granddaughter have on their phones. This occurred in downtown lebanon ky during the morning school hours. He was unable to stop or slow down the Jeep. It resulted in him running through 2 red lights and 2 4 way stops. He also had to avoid hitting several cars and pedestrians including children. Finally the Jeep skidded to the right of the road and hit a telephone pole, a bridge guard rail where the front passenger side tire was torn off, and went up an embankment and hit a tree. The police at the scene estimated the car hit the tree about approximately 50 mph. No airbags deployed and of course the car is totaled. Our daughter drives our other 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had the same issue a week before this happened but she was on an open road and was able to use the paddles on the steering wheel to disengage the cruise control and get the car under control. Jeep is saying that there is no recall so we will have to pay for the 2015 to be looked at. Of course we are going to do that immediately. The dealer has engaged a 3rd party from bosch to retrieve the data from the cars computer system but that has not happened yet. There were no warning lights on, the vehicle is awaiting Chrysler's inspection. The insurance company deemed the vehicle a total loss based on the photos we sent them. The police inspected the car after the accident. We have all the service records for both Jeeps.

We have a recently purchased Jeep l with 5200 miles on it. Never off road, just a family commuter. Today my wife was driving the car for the second time and the power steering went out completely and it was very hard to turn the wheel. A bunch of other likes came on like the adaptive cruise and active lane management and front collision icons. The dash was lit up with warning including a large steering wheel icon in red. We shut the car down and restarted multiple times and the issue was still there. After 15 minutes of being on the phone to get it towed to the dealer, the issue went away on the next start with just a check engine light remaining.
The forward collision warning light comes on display cluster during start indicating it is turned off. Adaptive cruise control does not appear to be working because it doesn't give warning upon closing in on the vehicle in front of my vehicle and I have had to react by tapping brake to turn the cruise off. Parking collision warning works intermittently. These problems showed up after a software update done at dealership. When I took it in recently was told they could not find any problems.
While traveling/driving with the adas on, the brakes slam on detecting a front end impact. The dash board disappears and the word brake in all red capital lettering with a very loud beeping coming through the speakers happens. The first time it happened was in oct of 2023 and has happened every time I travel using the adas. I have made an appt every time I’ve gotten back to town after traveling to have it looked at. #1 I’ve been told they can’t find a problem with it, #2 it’s been recalibrated 3 times and the service manager even asked for my permission to take my vehicle to his personal home for the weekend so that he could follow the fca guidelines after it was recalibrated because it had to sit for a time period before it was drove. My Jeep app can show the history of its location. While traveling home the weekend of April 26, 2024 the brakes slammed on 3 times simultaneously causing all traffic behind me to lock up their brakes. Had I gotten hit I would’ve become a human pin ball across 3 lanes of interstate 80/90. When I pulled off on the side of road so did the vehicle who almost hit me, I was so shook up I was in tears #3 I got told to not use the feature since I knew there was a problem, #4 I asked if there was something they could install to record what’s going on #5 they finally installed an “in flight recording module” the time before I drove home but upon return saying it recorded information but that they don’t know the reason why it’s doing it or how to fix it. I’ve never received a single invoice from the dealership when I’ve taken it in for this ever!!!! I’ve only been told they have “star cases” on it and that is enough to prove its a “buy back or lemon”, the last message I received from a service rep at the dealership was from Jul 25, 2024 about seeking a buy back. I sent a message today (Aug 25, 2024) asking for a plan or solution to this problem. I’ve heard nothing yet again from anyone!!!!!! I’m beyond frustrated!!!!!!!!!.
Valve lifter failure at 93,000 miles. $2,700 repair. Is apparently a very common problem with the 3. 6l pentastar engine. Adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning system front sensor failed at 56,000 miles, failed again at 76,000 miles and failed a third time at 95,000 miles. First two failures were replaced under warranty, third failure happened 1 week after warranty expiration from second replacement. Cost is too expensive to repair ($3,000 for new sensor) and requires that safety feature be turned off as sensor will perceive increases in road elevation (hills) as another vehicle and apply the brakes.
We were driving and we heard a chime and nothing showed on the display panel. Then we went thru the displays and saw a message regarding the acc something about manual something. Then we lost power. Since we were on the highway we turned the truck off and started it again to potentially reset. We drove a couple blocks to exit the highway and lost power again. The we got out of the vehicle and smelled smoke. We peaked under the hood and saw fire. We all got out, grabbed our stuff and then the fire spread and engulfed the truck. Total loss.
The contact owns a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving approximately 55 mph with the adaptive cruise control activated the vehicle nearly crashed into the rear of a second vehicle. The contact indicated that the adaptive cruise control did not reduce the speed as needed. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer was notified and indicated that a software update of the adaptive cruise control was needed. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The failure mileage was 93,000.
While driving the vehicle on two different occasions. One was out of town and the screens and dash board going black. I tried turning off the vehicle and back on to reset it. It did not work! then on another occasion the screen went black would not power off. The dash screen read alm and cruise control unavailable needs service. I drove straight to the dealership and showed them. They scheduled service the next day. Got a call one of the service technicians was aware of the situation and stated Chrysler needed to provide a recall on the 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee or create an update for the software system. Vehicle is still not fixed. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle.
When ever I try to charge my Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe summit reserve it fails to charge on a level 1 or level 2 charger and then they check engine light comes on and a electrical burning smell from the hybrid battery and says service charging system. When ever you bring it to the dealer they just reset the code and says it works only for the problem to come back it also affects how the Jeep drives when this happens the Jeep doesn't want to accelerate properly and has other electric system issues like the wipers coming on randomly and the massage seats coming on randomly as well which can distract someone when they are not expecting that to happen the Jeep doesn't want to drive. I brought it to the dealer 3 times now and all they keep doing is resetting the code and stating its fine only for it to come back and this is a major problem and needs to be fixed as this is going to cause a major accident or fire since it has to do with the hybrid battery system.
Lower control arm bracket failed. Yes available for inspection. The adaptive cruse lane assist function malfunctioned. Yes available for inspection. I was injured. Police inspected the wheel and called it into question a manufacture defect in the police report. Manufacture (Jeep) acknowledges it but has been unresponsive. No warning when the wheel assembly disengaged (wheel, brake, tie rod, control arm, stub axel from the vehicle) traveling at 67 mph prior to crashing into a barrier.
Ac/hvac: experienced multiple occasion where the system (front and rear) turns on and quickly varies between settings with no way to override. Engine: when speeds are in excess of 80mph front passenger vent makes excessive noise in line with engine rpm’s “auto drove” ineffective due to lane departure inop, after service for above incidents radio is extremely intermittent.
Problem in transfer case, can’t use 4wd, acc and fcw are not working. My car has only 41000 miles and I am reading about many, many others having the same problem. Jeep should recall this problem!! thank you.

This is my personal assessment: my vehicle didn't visit the dealer yet and there are no warning lights of any kind and the answer to all the above bullets is no. Two main issues, 1) intermittently, when press the gas pedal from idle stop @ traffic light, you will the engine revs but the vehicle either doesn't move or move very slow. In either case, relasing gas and pressing again remediate the situation. This occasional can produce a dangeourous situation and put lives to risk. 2) the second issue is regarding active driving assist system adas, also occasionally when the system is all green, steering wheel and all, and ahead of me there is 1/4 of a mile to red traffic light and the road is open for me. I am driving about 50 miles, now approaching the stopped traffic, and suddenly the vehicle start to speed up when it was slowing down for the traffic a moment ago. Something very unusual, I abruptly press the brake to force manual stop. The car then doesn't show this symptom for a few days but occasionally it comes back again.
The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving 60 mph, the traction control warning light illuminated. Additionally, the contact stated that the vehicle would start and shift out of park without depressing the brake pedal. The brake warning light was illuminated. The contact stated that the adaptive cruise control mode and the automatic start/stop feature were no longer operative. The contact received notification NHTSA campaign number: 22v426000 (service brakes, hydraulic) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was diagnosed that service brake hydraulic system had failed. The vehicle was then taken to a second dealer, bryden Jeep ram Dodge Chrysler - bryden motors (548 broad st, beloit, WI 53511) who provided the same diagnostic result and advised the contact to not drive the vehicle as it was unsafe. The contact stated that several unknown warning lights would illuminate while driving the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 48,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
