1 Suspension problem

Failure Date: 03/19/2025

I was going around a corner when it felt like a cinder block was under it. I stopped and looked but it wouldn't go and the driver's wheel was slumped where you couldn't drive it. I called the tow truck and had it towed to get it fixed. The lower ball joint and control arm had to be replaced on both sides in the front. It was going to happen on the passenger side also. If I would have been on the freeway my car would have flipped and I wouldn't have survived. The back tires had a recall on them that I had done. Also the upper ball joints had to be replaced.

Failure Date: 07/19/2024

[xxx] my son’s 2004 Jeep Liberty with 90k miles was towed to andy mohr Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram4505 w 96th st indianapolis, in 46268 by cooks. I requested the vehicle be towed bc at approximately 530am I was driving the vehicle in the parking lot and turned right out of the parking lot in order to pull to a stop sign. Shortly after turning the wheel to the right I heard grinding that got progressively worse as I continued to coast to the stop sign. Then I heard a loud noise a and couldn’t move the vehicle. The tire fell off and I got out and fluid was leaking from vehicle. I researched recall for this vehicle and there were several regarding ball joints and knuckles rusting and breaking. I called the dealership days after it was towed and spoke with landon (sales) @935am he noted there was a recall on ball joints 9/12/2006 and he said he would print the document he will review notes pass to corey (service) and I should get a call back the following Monday. I never heard back. I called the dealership to follow up on status of recall and repairs. I never received an any confirmation that any research was done on the recall but I did approve the repairs. However I continue to find so much information on problems with this issue . I would like to be reimbursed for the repairs. The car was a gift from my son’s grandmother and was in immaculate condition despite being older vehicle she rarely drove it as the mileage reflected. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).

Failure Date: 08/12/2021

I made an appointment at my local Jeep deslership to have the recall hitch installed. Upon arrival, the service representative told me he needed to hook up a device to read my Jeeps computer codes. I declined that service because I only wanted the recall processed. He then informed me that a hitch couldn't be installed by 5pm "when they closed". After a 30 minute wait, the service representative told me that the bolts in the grame were "to rusted" to be removed to install the hitch. I would like to know if I can file for financial reimbursement when I pay for another business to install the hitch since I've given Jeep the opportunity to fix the recall and they've refused.

Important this is translated from spanish to english in google translator. My reason for my complaint is, to help me with the problem I have, really do not know if this merchant exists or is something ghost. I have tried to communicate with the seller and with the local dealer but it is impossible no answer, as the place is far to go, I have not yet had the opportunity to go to the local. For this reason I think I am a victim of fraud. I have also tried to communicate with them using barios phone number, but it is impossible not answer. Saturday 22 October 2016 I was cleaning the SUV when I realize that the passenger seat lacks a turnillo and safety belts of defects are removed. I quickly call the seller but not answered. That same day I informed my mechanic avia come to my house, told my SUV has a water leak and burned in the muffler, when my check mechanic tells me is not water is oil, again I contact the seller and I sent him a text message and does not answer me, my mechanic informs me, the trader can not sell tire truck with bad quality, my SUV the tire are worn, not really sap that information. Until today I call and leave a text message to the seller but he does not answer when I call the merchant I end the call. For this reason I think I am a victim of fraud. Please ask for help because now I have no car and not think it's sure I use the SUV in these conditions, another thing I want to add on the water leak, the reality is that the radiator is broken, the seller lied to me deceived me, the me I swindled. That day when I got home it was night, I when I get home check the part of the front of the SUV, the part where the engine is, the water reservoir had no water, for me that was strange and contact the seller, I told the salesman that the water reservoir had no water, the seller told me that was normal.

I bought the car used after I've been hit in the back from somebody and I no longer had my Subaru or the money to buy another Subaru so I was stuck buying this car in the meantime and the windows work but only for a little bit 6 hours after I bought the car the engine light turned on course it didn't have any transmission fluid so I put some in but one window dropped had to pull it out and now the driver door does completely will not roll up or rolled down and then I see that they have done some work to it because I didn't notice when I bought it that the door has power they have opened it another issue is that I washed my car when I call the person that bought it it was a little small dealership I stated that I washed the car he stated to me to me "you washed the car?" I said yes I didn't ask any questions however the next day the front left headlight went out and it cost me $15 so not sure what else I can do it appears that there was a recall there is a recall on the fuel tanker what not they can catch fire I would like the recall to be repaired also I should have noticed that the car occasionally randomly feel like it's fishtailing while I'm driving I was struck by a vehicle on the freeway while I was walking after my Jeep grand cherokee that I had prior to my Subaru completely died on the middle of the freeway I began to walk to the call box when I was struck by a car so I have to have a safe car I am a single mother and grandmother thank you for your attention in this matter.
