Jeep leaks during any rain storm. Area between the door and frame of Jeep that is normally protected by weatherstripping does not control leaks. I have had the weatherstripping replaced and the leaks still continue. A good rain storm will leave 2 inches of water in my floorboards. Carpet is beginning to rot and mold will have to be removed.

The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated that while driving 40 mph in the rain the soft top on the vehicle began leaking on the driver and passengers side where the doors meet. If water leaked on the electrical components in the vehicle they could rust or a fire may occur. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer for the water leak and they replaced the door seals on the driver and passenger side; however, that has not remedied the failure. The dealer stated that it was a design flaw in the soft top and the door seals. The contact called the manufacturer regarding the leaking soft top and they would not provide any assistance. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 59,500.

I drive a 2007 Jeep Wrangler unlimited and everytime I try to fill my gas tank the pump at various gas stations never shuts off and causes lot of gas spilling out of the fuel tank eroding the paint on my car and causing greater expense in fuel. This has been an on going problem that has been happening for about one year.

On thurs June 25 at apx 1800 hrs both halves of the freedom top on my 2007 Jeep Wrangler flew off the car at 55 mph. The fiberglass failed and the tops tore away from the metal latches. I got fiberglass in my eyes and hurt my neck in the process. The tops were firmly secured and had not been off the car in at least six weeks. During those six weeks I had driven in excess of 55 mph with out a problem had anyone been driving behind me the certainly could have been injured or killed. I retrieved the tops from the hwy and have them as evidence I contacted Chrysler and they refuse to acknowledge the problem or take any kind of corrective action the car has 40,000 mi on it. My insurance CO says I am not covered for the damage. I have pictures of the damaged tops any help would be greatly appreciated.

Soft top and hard tops both leak in heavy rains or at the car wash. Leak is from the a-pillar area above the doors. My 2007 Jeep Wrangler has been to the dealer four times to have the leak addressed. The dealership then had my warranty voided because my 2007 Jeep Wrangler had "signs" that it had been "offroad. ".

I have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler that leaks. Alot. I have had it in 8 times for repairs and it always still leaks. They have tried little foam strips and evan a new top all to no avail.

Continued water leaks from roof (both hard top and soft top) short out electronics in dashboard and disables the air bags and the horn making the vehicle unsafe to drive.

The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Wrangler. The contact noticed that the front driver's and passenger side floor areas accumulated an excessive amount of water. The failure was noticed whenever it rained. There was approximately two gallons of water collected on the floor area. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for inspection. The mechanic provided a packing around the windows in order to remedy the failure. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer on five separate occasions, but they could not assist. The vehicle has not been repaired properly. The failure mileage was 23,000 and current mileage was 36,000.

Death wobble-between 45-60 mpg. Shakes so violently that steering is impossible, must come to a stop to gain control. Dealership said they cant find anything wrong.

2007 Jeep Wrangler problems with engine stalling. Consumer states that in order to restart the vehicle it must be in neutral before turning the ignition switch. Consumer states she would like the vehicle replaced. The seat belt retractor on the drivers side failed within weeks of owning the vehicle, there was a constant rattling noise coming from the pillar area, the drivers door did not close properly. The technician used a mallet or hammer to align the door striker. The consumer had to slam the door in order for it to close properly, even though there was no certainty the door was really closed. There was a possibility that the striker on the door could collapse while the vehicle was in motion causing the door to open. The vehicle also made a rattling noise while accelerating.

Soft top leaks at seal and has a bad whistle. Dealership ordered a new seal that is suppose to be larger the original one.

2007 Jeep Wrangler with defective windshield wiper system. Consumer states that the windshield wiper system is defective and Chrysler never investigated his problem. The safety issue pertaining to the windshield wiper design, allows water into a metal box area which becomes frozen and prevents the wiper system from functioning in cold inclement weather conditions.

Rust on all door hinges and entire undercarriage - on 2007 Jeep Wrangler with 13,000 miles on it. Dealers wont fix its not covered on warranty thousands of simialr complaints online.

I bought my 2007 Wrangler jk from herterich food/Jeep in dover , DE . It was brand new, and a few days after buying it, it had rained and my soft top leaked from the forward left and right sides of the soft top right at the corners of where it meets the windshield. I've taken it back to the dealer to have it fixed twice and still the same result. It always leaks regardless of what rain condition. Note this was a brand new vehicle that I bought. And if it continues it im afraid it will cause water damage that is irreversible to my interior.

Starting with the purchase of the 2007 Jeep in may 2007 we have had nothing but problems. Leaky roof, electrical stall issue (still not fixed after multiple recalls), electronic stability death wobble, etc.

(1) customer purchased new 2007 Jeep Wrangler 4 door (2) customer has taken in for service more than 4 times for major leak in the roof and problem still not repaired. Soft top leaks and floods interior, causing shoulder belt to saturate which may compromise and degrade harness over time. Also there's a wind-like sound from pillar, front passenger door pops open and is bowed, cowl is rusting, and black gook oozing out the pillarâ following the repair attempts. (3) vehicle still leaking and saturating shoulder harness.
