On several occasions while driving in severe cold weather of 10 degree centigrade vehicle accelerator/throttle froze. Vehicle was taken to the dealer, who was unable to locate the problem. The consumer stated that the vehicle accelerated on its own. The consumer put the engine in neutral and the engine would not stop revving. The consumer took the vehicle in for service and the mechanic after starting the accelerator stuck and the vehicle almost went through the building.
