Brake Drum Shoes/linings Problems of Kia Motor Sephia

Friction material on rear drum brakes separated from brake shoe, causing right rear brake assembly to lock up without brake pedal application. Reapired problem with replacement of brake shoes, returned old shoes to pep boys in east providence, ri for core before I thought about filing complaint.
