The vehicle was to be serviced by vandevere kia (328 w market st, akron, OH 44303, 330-253-6137) for a product improvement campaign to update the ecu with a knock sensor detection alert. The alert would notify the vehicle owner when there may be a limp mode condition that could prevent the vehicle from exceeding 25 mph.
