There is a recall on my front brake lines. The recall number is 15v-039. I had my brake lines replaced prior to the recall being issued. The recall states that the manufacturer will replace the brake lines for free or reimburse me if I had the lines done prior to the recall. I presented a receipt for the repair and the dealer in little rock is refusing to reimburse me. They stated that the repair must be performed by an authorized Land Rover dealer using Land Rover parts. I had the repair performed using Land Rover parts, however I did not take it to a dealer. My mechanic worked for this dealership for several years and is an authorized Land Rover mechanic when he left. I view this as an attempt to try and not pay me and I don't think it is reasonable or fair. I would sincerely appreciate some assistance!.
