The contact owns a 2017 Lexus Rx350. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the sunroof would rattle without warning. The contact had taken the vehicle to the dealer where after a test drive the contact was informed that the failure was with his brakes, not the sunroof. Overtime, the failure worsened, and the vehicle was taken back to the dealer where the contact was given an estimate for the repair of a new sunroof. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
