Engine Stall Problems of Mazda CX9

Purchased the vehicle new from davis moore Mazda- wichita, KS. For the past 4 years we have experienced multiple engine stalls as well as complete engine stopping while driving, city, highway, turning etc. Have had the car into their service dept. Many times and they keep saying it is fine ( the last time they said it might be caused by having 8 oz too much engine oil in it). We have less than 12,000 miles on it to date because we are afraid to drive it. I believe this is a very real safety issue. We have all the paperwork for each service dept. Visit. Last two visits we were treated like we were making this stuff up. This has been happening every year since purchasing.

Tl-the contact owns a 2011 Mazda cx-9. The contact stated that while stopped at a stop light, the accelerator pedal was depressed but the vehicle failed to accelerate as the warning indicators flashed and the engine stalled without warning. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 66,727. Sg.
