Airbag warning light flashes intermittently, dealership said my car is not included in the takata airbag recall. Car has never been in an accident.

While driving the vehicle the air bag warning light began to blink on the driver display. After reaching my destination and after turning off the vehicle and turning it back on the air bag warning light disappeared and did not come back on.

"takata recall" - I received in the mail a letter about the airbag recall and I need a clear explaination as to why there is no recall for my vehicle, which by the way both airbag warning lights are on(driver side & passenger side), but yet I received a letter to participate in a class action lawsuit. Explain?.
