The frame of my 1996 Grand Marquis became seperated due to bad welding. The car was taken to firestone where they informed me that the frame came apart due to bad welding. Car was then towed to Ford where they declined to repair the car or pay for the cost. Ford stated they would not cover it due to mileage and must be towed to a body shop.

At 12000 miles discovered that left body mount bolt was loose. Consumer retightened bolt. Vehicle began driving improperly. Consumer checked and noticed that right body mount bolt had snapped. Consumer very concerned because bolts hold body of vehicle to subframe, and a broken bolt increases pressure on the remaining ones, possibly resulting in an accident while driving.
