1 Front Driver Side Air Bag Inflator problem

Failure Date: 04/30/2021

I call my local Ford dealerships to schedule a free important safety recall for the driver's side air bag inflator replacement, according to NHTSA is due for replacement, but workers at this location hang up the phone, tell me to wait 1 second and dissapear making me write this paragraphs because my safety is #1 priority. They want me to leave my vehicle in their properties for 3 days for a simple 2 hour job and that is really unacceptable, only because its free dont mean I have to put up with this nonsense. The vehicle runs and works fine but in aan event of a crash god forbiddes, I wouldnt want exploding airbag fragment to be the cause of my death and im urging to get this replaced ASAP but lazy worker who dont like their job should be fired to open up position for people who appreciate their jobs. Now I dont know how to take care of this situation im stuck knowing there is a potential for an airbag explosion deploying and risking my life at the hands of inconmpetent workers who dont realize how important recalls really are. I cant afford a new vehicle plus my vehicle turns on and the tires rotate without a hassle theres no point in buying more junk. Please get back at me thank you and god bless. I have records of a recall that was done on passenger side airbag but now NHTSA recommends the driver side I appreciate the advice but dealerships act really unprofessionally towards the situation.

2 Front Driver Side Air Bag Inflator problem

Failure Date: 12/26/2017

"takata recall" in July 2016, I received a recall notification from Ford advising that the air bag inflators were defective. I just received another letter from Ford dated December 2017 advising that it was unsafe for anyone to occupy the front passenger seat until the recall revision is complete. I find this to be totally unacceptable as this is our only family car. I suggest that the Ford motor company furnish replacement cars with working air bags to those of us affected, at their expense until the passenger air bag in my car is repaired. Since we are now being advised that a front passenger involved in a front end collision could be fatally injured, we have lost the safe use of our car. Please investigate this matter as soon as possible. Please see warning on December 2017 recall letter.

3 Front Driver Side Air Bag Inflator problem

Failure Date: 12/24/2017

Takata inflators - we received a notice over a year ago that replacement would be in spring 2017. Waited and called several times - now a second letter it is spring 2018. The desired option is for passengers in front seat needing to sit in back seat - didn't spend all this money, wait this long only to wait so more - what are options to get this done sooner since we have already been waiting two years.
