I was driving home from fargo nd to fergus falls mn on christmas eve when a gust of wind blew me out of the tracks into the slush. My car slid of the road on the left side where I hit a guard rail with the front driver’s side hitting first. I bounced of the rail and drove it back on the road. The airbag never did deploy. I have a doctor appointment for my left hip on the 8th because it's hard for me to put on a sock. I have a police report and pictures but it will not let me upload them.

Have received numerous notices from Ford about airbag recall for this vehicle. I received the last notice requesting I contact my dealer. Lou fusz Ford, chesterfield, mo, and gave them the information in the notice about now being able to order my new airbags for the Milan. I just checked with the dealership and they have no idea about the order placed for the new airbags and cannot locate any order associated with my VIN. This is now going on 2 years waiting for the fix . Everyday our lives are in danger while driving this car.

Heading to work. Advance track may. Pops on. Then service power stearing. Steering wheel felt a little tight. But it was still drivable. Made it to work, once shift was over. I went to back out and the wheel wouldn't turn at all. Come to. Find out this has been a big problem. On the 2010's. All. Seem. To. Be happong with an the last 12-18 months. Along with the previous (furl rank recall, and the current air bag recall. ) this things should be taken off the road! that's too many major issues. Come on Ford! I guess it will take a big accident for anything to really happen. . . . .

Takata recall - I received a notice dated June 2018 advising of a recall due to the passenger airbag. The notice provided an eta for the parts to become available during the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2018. I still have not received a call to have this issue resolved and we are now in the 4th quarter of 2018. I was advised by phone from the Ford dealer I could drive the car however I wouldn't be able to have anyone sit in the front seat. I would like to have this issue resolved as quickly as possible. I received a notice earlier this month advising of the airbag settlement with a hearing date set for December 11, 2018. I do not want to be excluded from this class action settlement and would like to receive more information in reference to this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

My steering wheel completely went off in the freeway I got a sign on the dashboard to service steering wheel now and then my steering wheel stopped working as I was driving in the freeway. After getting this fixed less then a year later the same issue happened as I was driving my steering wheel just locked and it was very difficult for me to steer my car to a safe place. This is the second time this happened the first time being on the freeway and this second time driving in the streets both times it happened while I was driving from one second to the next I got a message to service steering wheel now and then my steering wheel automaticly locked and it made it extremely difficult to manuever the car to a safe place. Both times my children were in the car and it was a very scary thing to go through.

The letter from Ford motor company, in may 2018, stated that parts were anticipated to be available during the second and third quarters of 2018. With the fourth quarter coming to a close, I have become inpatient. It is very inconvenient to be unable to transport passengers safely in my vehicle.

Montrose Ford in fairlawn (3960 medina rd, fairlawn, OH 44333, (330) 666-0711) was unable to determine when the part would become available for an extended period of time. The dealer provided the option of a loaner vehicle. The vehicle was also included in field service action number: 13n03 (electronic throttle body extended coverage). The contact also stated that when the brake pedal was depressed for three days or longer, it became more difficult to stop the vehicle and the brake pedal traveled to the floorboard. The contact traveled through a red light due to the failure. The vehicle was inspected by an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the brake master cylinder may need to be replaced.
