Shortly having the airbag replaced under recall, the airbag warning light became illuminated. The dealer said is was not related to the recall work and the system was showing fault codes for the crash sensor, deployment, and pretty much every circuit.
Takata recall--my car has been in the florida sun since it was purchased by my late husband (valentine's gift for 2/14/2011). It has been under recall since June 2016! it is unsafe to drive. I have been given a loaner not close to the Milan. I only have 25,800+ miles on it! I am in the process of moving close to family--since I am alone and a senior citizen. What am I to do? I'm not supposed to drive it, can't sell it -- since I can't let anyone test drive it--it is in the middle of my driveway--this is a ridiculous situation, plus not I see there are warning lights on the dash (if I were to try and start it and the smell of gasoline.
