I've been reading on all these recalls for my car and only one recall was fix which was when I took care of it but these past recalls on my car, and some of the recalls match up to the way my car is acting like and I bought this car used and I am concerned about the recalls and not being fix I would like to get my car checked for the past recalls on it bc I don't want to drive a car that has recalls that's not been fix and I do not want to put my life or anyone else in danger.

I was driving home from fargo nd to fergus falls mn on christmas eve when a gust of wind blew me out of the tracks into the slush. My car slid of the road on the left side where I hit a guard rail with the front driver’s side hitting first. I bounced of the rail and drove it back on the road. The airbag never did deploy. I have a doctor appointment for my left hip on the 8th because it's hard for me to put on a sock. I have a police report and pictures but it will not let me upload them.

I am here to report a complaint as to lasco Ford lasco Ford on 2525 owen road fenton, mi 48430 holding my daughter's vehicle for several days to fix 2 recalls. She is 19 and they seem to be trying to take advantage of her in telling her other things that need repair rather than just fixing the recalls. Now they are saying she needs to pay a diagnostic fee to get her car back now that she will not spend the $1000 to repair everything, they say she needs.

In March 2021 I received important safety recall from Ford advising me that the airbag inflator might explode in the event of a crash and may cause injury or death to the driver or passengers. My daughter still drives this car, why have they not followed up and replaced this part?.

I have been notified by Ford motor company several times about the recalls on my vehicle. One recall is for airbags. I went to the closest dealership new my small town and thought they issued the fix, only to learn later that they just disconnect the airbag light. The second recall is for the brakes, I have been calling since January of 2021 to request a service date only to be told they have no knowledge of the recall. On March 30,2021 I finally got a service date and express to the representative on the phone to assure that she knew it was for the break recall 19s54, she assured me the knew. I took off work that morning for by service appointment only to be told that they did not have the equipment to fix the issue. I was told to call other dealerships and turned away. I called 4 surrounding dealerships with in a 50 mile radius only to be told no one can perform the procedure. I then called Ford customer relationship center for assistance. She called one other dealership that said they could not fix the issue as well. April 2020 I receive a letter from Ford motor company saying parts are now available to repair you vehicle. Called dealership 5/17/2021 they still cannot fix issue nor have any information on who can. Help! Ford motor company, how can I get the recalls fix if none of your dealerships in my area are capable of repairing them?.

There is a federal recall on my vehicle. I have set up an appointment twice with mathews Ford in newark, ohio. They have failed to fix the problem. The first time I took it in they said because of covid they were not fixing them. I spoke to a representative from Ford who set up a second appointment. They were suppose to pick up the car on 02/24 and never arrived.

My vehicle has been the subject of two recalls with no action on the part of the manufacturer to fix the problems. On 1/21/20 I took the vehicle in to the dealer, hertrich capitol, 1127 south dupont highway, dover, DE, because the brake pedal was soft. I was charged $58 for a brake inspection and was told they could not duplicate the problem. No mention of the recall or a fix was mentioned. Two recalls on this vehicle, for airbag and brake problems have been left unresolved for years. I am the original owner of this vehicle purchased at this location.

The air bags have been fixed. Sometimes when I apply my brakes they are soft and I have to apply more pressure to stop. When this happens I drive really slow because I don't know if I'm going to be able to stop in time. I have not kept track of how many time this has happened. At least 5 times in the last 6 months. Air bag is coming apart it looks like it's about to deploy. Brakes keep freezing up. When it's cold outside and when it's hot outside. Changed cold and spark plugs both times spark plugs and coils were burnt at the end and some type of gook was on the ends that both shops said they never saw before.

I have called the local Ford dealer at saratoga springs,NY and they reported they do not have parts to replace, on back order. We have called months ago another dealer who said the same thing. Would like to know if there is a time limit on this. Worried about driving car.

There is a recall on my Mercury Milan 2009. Last October September October I took my car to hoffman Ford for the replacement of the recall on the airbags. Afterwards I noticed that there was a raising of the dashboard where they replace the airbag. I bought it to their attention, and they said it was from the glue that was used. Later a few months later I noticed the airbag area was expanding and foam was coming through the airbag area & vents over the. Consul. I called Ford manf to report this issue. They said to someone will give me a call back ,I never got a call back. Also after the replacement of the airbags there was an issue with my brakes. They told me because of the car setting that is probably just rusty, but I wasn't comfortable and I called them and told them that I was going to bring the car to them and look at it again because something was definitely wrong. The the investigator who looked at the car to do the work for the insurance notice that the airbag does not expand out nothing else was said about that but obviously they didn't check the brakes because right after that is when the car went to hoffman's and I never drove it again till then and that's when we found out about the brakes. Now just this week December 25th 2019 there has been a recall on the brakes of the Mercury Milan 4 mm v I believe to 2011. So I believe this was the reason for the accident. I am actually driving a deathtrap car. I had my back brakes replaced with new brakes just a year ago and a month ago I had to get new brakes again already. I have lost two jobs because of this car because I cannot transport children because of the hazard's. I just checked with the dealership and they have no idea about the order placed for the new airbags and cannot locate any order associated with my VIN. This is now going on 2 years waiting for the fix . Everyday our lives are in danger while driving this car.
