Check engine light suddenly came on and the vehicle lost all engine power and driving capabilities while driving at a low speed, turning a corner. This is the second time I have had to replace the catalytic converter. This time both, front left and right bank converters have gone out. I have spoke with several mechanics and all say there is an issue that Mitsubishi should look at but they will not.

There was a police chase, the car that was been chased hit another car the both cars hit my car, my car was is total. Non of the 8 air bag deployed even though the impact hard both from the front & side.

There is a major gas in my car. The spell is there 100% of the time. When you come within 20 feet of the car. . . You get the overwhelming gas spell. I'm afraid to drive the car at all now. I'm a single father on full disability, with a 16 year old daughter with no mother. I can't afford the gas which doubled due to the gas leak. More importantly. . . As of appx 8 months ago, vehicle has bucked on startup. It jumps out , and then stops. Car in forward or reverse jolts out but this is an intermittent occurrence. Yesterday, best describes problem, as I approached red light and put foot on accelerator and car jumped out 3 or 4 times before actually moving forward. . . . This happened for the whole length of my trip. . . Necessitating having to put my hazard lights on so I would not be hit from behind. Repeated trips to reputable mechanic and transmission garage are not able to diagnose problem. Transmission oil and filter and cleaning of solenoids has been done.

I was at a stop sign and I pressed on the gas, all of a sudden the car just stopped moving. I put the car in park, shut it off, turned it back on, shifted it into drive, and it would not move, it seemed like it was stuck in nuetral. It has not moved ever since.

I am having problems with my car not wanting to start. This has been going on for quite some time. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the cam shaft censor after a month or two the starting problem started again. I then had the coils, wires and battery cable replace and still have the problem. I want to know if there has been recalls for these problems no I have not been told. I only have 68000 miles on this car and should not be having this problem.

The lifters are knocking. And after 3 attemps it has yet to be fixed. I have been waiting a week now to hear from the dealership. They said they do not know what to do now. They are waiting for a factory rep. To call. Half the motor has been replaced. They have already replaced the whole valve train.
